Imagine that you are moving a heavy piece of furniture on your carpet – and discover a tear. Should you attempt the carpet repair yourself?
Trying to repair the tear yourself could do more damage and can make fixing it more expensive in the long run. It is beneficial to have the repairs taken care of professionally. Same Day Restoration and Carpet Cleaning can repair that tear quickly and efficiently.
Once on site, the damage is assessed by one of our carpet professionals. Depending on the severity of the damage, the repair may be completed by the end of the day.
Immediate Response – Our Technicians are ready to respond at a moments notice!
Hiring a professional from the beginning ensures that the work will be done correctly the first time! There will be no additional costs incurred due to mistakes. This saves you money!
When you hire Same Day Restoration and Capet Cleaning, you can rest assured that the damage was fixed correctly, leaving a seamless repair with no carpet buckling.
We work really hard to make the damaged carpet patch as seamless as possible. Sometimes a carpet repair is seamless. Sometimes it may be slightly noticeable. How “noticeable” a permanent section may be when finished depends on a few factors:
- Over all condition of the carpet
- Location of the damage/repair
- Availability of “matching” carpet from which to cut an insert
Carpet is manufactured at a mill in a dye lot. Each dye lot is slightly different, which means it’s nearly impossible to find an exact match.
It is possible that the issue can be resolved with re-tufting or fiber grafting and a “patch” is not even needed.
