Restoration Process

Step 1: Contact Same Day Restoration During or After a Loss Takes Place

SDR has 24/7 immediate response and Dispatch of our Emergency Response Team. Our teams are trained and certified by the IICRC, so you can ensure the proper protocols are being followed in the remediation process on your properties. Same Day is a Licensed General Contractor, so we can provide full-service restoration, from emergency services all the way through reconstruction of the property. At Same Day Restoration, a real person will always answer your call.

Step 2: Emergency Response or Inspection

Depending on the type of loss, we will dispatch a team out to assess the conditions and report back to you with our recommendations for mitigation and stabilization on the property moving forward, to protect your liability and the property.

Step 3: Provide an estimate

If circumstances warrant, we will perform an inspection and provide an estimate as well as a timeline of events. In emergency response conditions, we will dispatch our team immediately and provide you with a rough estimate, or a “not to exceed” number, if requested, in order to expedite services.

Step 4: Commence Services

Once our team has been given the proper approvals we will commence work on the property and keep an open line of communication as to the progress and next required steps.

Step 5: Billing

Depending on the service requested we will submit an invoice upon completion, or submit progress billing as the project is progressing.
